I. Liability:
The Little Falls Farmer Market Inc., its Board of Directors, The Boys and Girls Club of Central Minnesota, and the city of Little Falls are not responsible for any product liability.
- April 1- October 31: weather permitting
- Wednesdays and Saturdays 8:00AM - 12:00PM
- March & November dates of operation will be the decision of the Board of Directors.
B. Vendors:
- Anyone who has paid vendor's fees, grown their own produce, made their own products or crafts, and completed membership application.
- Vendors must reside within a 60 mile radius unless an exception is made for a unique product by permission of the Board of Directors.
C. What can be sold:
- No resale or retail items will be allowed. Vendor produced or grown goods only.
- Vendors selling a processed product have the responsibility to be in compliance with the MN state rules and Morrison County Health Department regulations. This includes all licenses, permits and sales tax obligations where required.
- A vendor selling produce labeled "organic" must present proof of certification, with a $5,000 USDA exemption.
- A vendor shall replace or offer a refund to any patron who is dissatisfied with any goods.
- No more than 20% of the total season of the Farmer's Market vendors may be a craft vendor.
- A vendor selling taxable items will be required to provide a copy of their ST19 in accordance with state law.
D. Membership:
- Board of Directors will run business operations with annual meeting with all vendors having voting rights on major market decisions.
- 1 vendor = 1 vote (couples = 1 vendor).
E. Fees:
- $5 per week paid on Wednesday or Saturday.
- Or $3 per day.
- Or $50 prepaid for 12 weeks (with punch card)
- Or $90 annual fee.
- Annual membership fee will be $10, This fee will be waived for new market vendors.
F. Vendor's Stand:
- Vendor's space to be 10 foot wide or as market space permits.
- All walkways and traffic lanes will be kept open.
- The market manager decides if a vendor display is a hindrance and can ask for the situation to be corrected.
- The market manager has the responsibility to assign vendor space.
- Vendors shall keep space, tables, personal appearance, and all products clean and presentable.
- With board approval, a vendor may sell another person's product as long as they pay separate table fee. Immediate family members will be an exception.
G. Other regulations:
- Discourtesy to patrons and vendors, obscene language, and "hawking" of goods are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the market.
- Open alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the market.
- Tobacco usage is not allowed at vendor's stand.
- No soliciting at the market.
H. Complaints:
